All prices of the goods are exclude flat $20 delivery costs worldwide, which is will be charged in addition. The total purchase price, including delivery charge, will be displayed in the Buyers shopping cart prior to confirming the order. When placing an order, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate., that you are an authorized user of the credit / debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Lucid Moxie reserves the right to make changes to pricing and specifications without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you. Lucid Moxie reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline your order, even after your receipt of an order confirmation, for any reason. Lucid Moxie reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to any customer without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. We will inform you of any error as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

We accept PayPal, credit card and local bank transfer. We currently accept direct local bank transfer via BCA and Mandiri. All bank charges will be borne by the customers. After your payment is clear you have to confirm to validate your purchase here, otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel or not to process your order. Payment by credit card such as Visa and MasterCard, are through Myshortcart secured checkout

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

Lucid Moxie reserves the right not to process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to reasons such as different account’s personal name or incomplete payment. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges and we have accepted your order. For ready-to-ship items, the delivery time is based on when it is dispatched. For pre-order items, the delivery time is based on when it is produced and dispatched. We dispatch packages within 2-5 business days upon payment, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Lucid Moxie ships local via Pos Indonesia - Paket Kilat Khusus and Express Mail Service (EMS) for international delivery (see more information here) Local delivery is free all over Indonesia and International shipping via Express Mail Service (EMS) is flat $20. We are unable to delivery to PO Box addresses internationally. Please note that some of our larger products are charged for its volume when the volumetric of the package is greater than the actual weight. We may deliver the goods by separate installments. All packages require a signature upon delivery, and couriers usually operate between 8am and 6pm on business days. Taxes, import duties / customs may be charged and will vary for each country. This charge is not in any way related to Lucid Moxie. All items purchased from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The Returns Policy is for goods purchased on the lucidmoxie.com website and for faulty / wrong item only. Item must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (with tags still attached and in its original package) within 10 days (domestic) or 21 days (international) Any returns made without accepting conditions stated on http://lucidmoxie.com/faq#Return will be rejected and returned to you. The cost of returning a wrong / faulty item for refund or exchange will be covered by us by refunding the shipping cost / sending you money if possible or store credit, if not.
