Ordering
Adding item to your shopping cart
Click the item you wish to purchased, and click ADD TO CART. You will be redirected to the checkout page, and then you can choose either to CONTINUE SHOPPING or CHECKOUT NOW.
You can always come back to MY CART page to review your selected items, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. You can also share the item to your friends by simply clicking the Facebook/Twitter/Email button.

Pricing and Payments
Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiahs (Rp) and US Dollars ($). This Website is automatically show the price in Rupiahs for Indonesia regional access and show in US Dollars for the rest of the world access. All prices of the goods are including domestic shipping cost but excludes the flat $20 delivery costs of International EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE, which is will be charged in during checkout;

Local Bank Transfer
We accept direct local bank transfer via BCA and Mandiri.
For local bank direct transfer:
An invoice including our bank account details will be sent to your email address after checkout. Please transfer your payment within 3 days to one of the bank account specified, including your Invoice ID on the note for us to identify your order..
Confirm your payment here within 3 days. Once we verify your payment, you will receive an email notification, and your order will be prepared and sent.

DISPATCH TIME
Dispatch Time
All orders will be dispatched within 2-5 business days upon payment (excluding delivery time), subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We operate business hours Monday to Friday with the exception of Indonesia public holidays. . To verify your order click here. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery time is based on when it is produced and dispatched.
Indonesia
Domestic delivery is free of charge. We ship via Pos Kilat Khusus with tracking number. Delivery time may vary between 2 - 10 days, depending on your location. If express shipment is needed, additional price will be required. Please contact us
International
International delivery cost is flat $20 via Express Mail Service (EMS) and is fully track able. Delivery time may vary between 3 – 10 days depending on your location. Maximum weight per package is 10kg. All goods require a signature upon delivery, and couriers usually operate between 8am and 6pm on business days. We recommend that you specify a daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address. Once the order has left our warehouse, redirecting a package will incur a delay in the delivery of your item, and potentially a cost. All orders are fully traceable through the tracking number emailed to you upon the dispatch of your order.
Taxes, import duties / customs may be charged and will vary for each country. This charge is not in any way related to Lucid Moxie.
We do not ship to PO BOX addresses.
Return and Exchanges
You are allowed to contact us in no longer than 2 days of receiving your goods and to return it within 10 days (domestic) or 21 days (international) for an exchange / full refund / store credit (terms apply*) in the following conditions:
We are the one who make mistake by sending you the wrong item/color, or a defective item.
We receive your item in no longer than 10 days (domestic) or 21 days (international) of receiving your goods.
The item is not purchased on sale, or part of a special order.
The item is not from a store
Any return due to the dislike of color/design/size is not accepted. (Please see the picture and read the descriptions of the product carefully)
Items should be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (with tags still attached and in its original package)
You are responsible for the return shipping charges and we cannot be held responsible for the lost packages (you might want to use the shipping service with a tracking number)
Any returns made without accepting these conditions will be rejected and returned to you.
If you do wish to return or exchange an item you must email hello@lucidmoxie.com to obtain approval, and check availability of items for exchange. The cost of returning a wrong / faulty item for refund or exchange will be covered by us by refunding the shipping cost / sending you money if possible or store credit, if not.
We offer return and exchange depending on your payment method. Full refund or exchange (Paypal and local bank transfer) Store credit or exchange (Visa / MasterCard credit card payment). Shipping cost excluded. For more info about returns & exchanges you can contact us.
Care Instructions
To preserve the original quality of your bag we recommend:- Avoiding contact with water, grease, perfumes or cosmetics; should it get wet, dab with a soft cloth to absorb the moisture.
- Avoiding over-exposure to extreme heat or direct lighting.
- Being careful not to rub your bag with anything coarse or abrasive.
- Wiping your bag carefully using a clean and damp soft cloth.
- Cleaning tougher stains carefully using luke-warm water and mild soap, and wipe gently with a damp cloth to remove any soap residue.
- Not to immerse bag in water or put in the washing machine.
- Storing in its provided dust bag in a cool and dry place when not in use.
- Avoiding contact with delicate or light colored garments as it may shed some color.
- Not to get moisture on any metal hard wear, including the zips, embellishments & buckles.
- Cleaning the hardware parts with soft polishing cloth to removes light tarnishing, as the brass, nickel, chrome and some other hardware tarnishes naturally and requires occasional cleaning.
